The Library of IBS PDF Print
Since its inception the IBS has put special emphasis on building up a research library and documentation centre of its own. Although complimentary to the Central library of the University and the Varendra Research Museum Library, it is organized in view of the peculiar needs of the researchers of the Bengal/South Asian dimension. On the one hand. current literature, journals, conference papers and publications of government and non-government agencies and of international organizations are procured promptly; on the other hand, maximum efforts are put to collect rare materials not available in the region.

Documentation work including extensive indexing, abstracting, and bibliographical information are offered to scholars. Reproduction services are also available.
